Фантастический Nice quiet hotel near the station so quite handy. Lots to do within walkable distance. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only downer was the elevator that was out of order.

Хорошо Location was great, right across from the Bath station. Can walk to all the sites in Bath. The bathroom was very small, but I had booked a single room, other rooms may have larger bathrooms. There was an elevator, no A/C

The hotel was overall nice and in a very old historic building. It was an excellent location for walking through the old town. The weather was very hot and there was no air conditioning in the room. There was a fan that offered limited help. The elevator was out of service that we were told that was due to the hot weather. Also, on our second morning there, there was no hot water in our room, even after letting both the shower and sink faucet run steady for 15 minutes. The breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The lift didn’t work 1 bottle of water for two people and both the Expedia site and the website are very misleading verging on false advertising the pictures show a roof top pool that is not there the hotel blamed Expedia but it is also on their own website

We were given a room on the 3rd floor originally however the whole floor smelt musty/damp and we had to request another room. The replacement room on the 2nd floor was a lot better, bright and fresh. You have to bear in mind that this is an old building but it is crying out for a full reburbishment. The staff are very friendly and helpfull.

Отлично The picture was misleading as there was no pool on the property, however it was a lovely room with amazing staff and it had that quaint charm for a adorable town.

Firstly despite the pictures on Hotels.com, this hotel does not have a pool of any shape size or description. Having got over that disappointment the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful beyond words. The hotel itself is a bit tired but it is starting to undergo, by the sounds of it, a fairly major makeover. Being an old building it has no air con but we were provided with 2 fans to help. I will be interested to see how the changes affect the property and will book this hotel again when we go back to Bath. The hotel itself is situated directly opposite Bath Spa station so if you are travelling by train it is ideally situated. Only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of town.

The location to train station made us pick this hotel. The attentive and helpful staff were amazing, especially Gabriel. The room needed maintenance though, door to get into our room was hard to close and open. Curtains hanging down, pictures on wall without frames, tea pot and cups needed cleaning. Fan was not working but was replaced. I know the building is old but we stayed in three hotels/inns before arriving at this location and they were much more renovated and maintained.

The staff were wonderful! I am giving four stars because my room was a sauna, even on days I did not shower - just no air/moisture circulation at all. I opened a window while I was awake and in the room, but that only did so much. I booked this hotel because it was close to the train station, and I am very glad to have made that decision - not having to haul my bags up hill through Bath was great!
