Great location great stay great staff

Good place to stay. Attending weekend concerts at SPAC. Close to venue.

Nice hotel, would stay again:)

Was there for 4 nights and it was super easy as well as accommodating. Thanks to the staff for replacing my key after i locked myself out late night walking my dog !

Stayed for the Lil Wayne concert! Staff provided a map and directions on how to walk to the venue from the hotel- so no uber needed! Room was clean, location was easy to find. Would definitely stay again.

Not many dinner options

We picked this hotel because it was walkable to SPAC for a concert and downtown for food and drinks. The other great thing was that it was very quiet - we didn't hear anyone in the rooms near us or in the halls despite it being pretty full. Those things check our main boxes so we would stay here again. That being said, both the sink and shower drains were clogged in our room and the pillows were pretty flimsy. The refrigerator is out in the open and was quite loud when it started up. The thermostat was a bit fussy, but you probably won't stay here over 2 days when it hits 98 degrees like we did. The K-cup machine in the room was nice. Again, if we came back to the area, we would stay here again. Note: SPAC was a walk of just over a mile, and the downtown restaurants were about the same. There's not too much closer.

Good stay , nice walk to SPAC

There were 2 main reasons for which I've booked this hotel : though not in downtown Saratoga Springs, it was fairly close to SPAC where I've attended a festival ( 7 min drive ) plus it was pet-friendly ! All employees were super friendly and helpful.
