Местоположение

Центральное расположение на главной улице. Пешая доступность до вокзала Гриндельвальд и канатной дороги на гору Фёрст. Удобный доступ к магазинам, ресторанам и автобусным остановкам прямо у входа.

Исключительно дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Вкусный завтрак со станцией приготовления омлета на заказ. Предоставляются бесплатные автобусные проездные, камера хранения и помощь с организацией поездок.

Чистота

Номера неизменно чистые, аккуратные и ухоженные. Безупречные зоны спа и бассейна. Свежие, комфортные номера с современными удобствами, несмотря на некоторую устаревшую отделку в части помещений.

Атмосфера и удобства

Уютные номера с балконами и захватывающими видами на горы. Невероятный панорамный бассейн на крыше, полноценный велнес-центр с саунами, паровой баней и тихими зонами для отдыха.

We had an excellent stay at this Hotel Spinne in Grindelwald and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The property is well-maintained, conveniently located, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even picking us up from the train station with our luggage. The breakfast was excellent, and the breathtaking balcony view of the Eiger was a highlight of our stay. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels my family and I have stayed! Reception to check in was quick and very informative on things to do in Grindlewald. Our room- more like a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment was so amazing! Beds comfortable, amenities were spot on. Sauna, steam room, cold plunge , relaxation room and infinity pool was so incredible! Just wow! The view was spectacular from our suite looking right at the snow caps mountains. It seriously looked like a Hollywood set- such beauty I have never seen before. The restaurant had delicious food and wonderful hard working staff. Highly highly recommended Hotel Spinne if you ever visit Grindlewald Switzerland!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful addition to the experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. We look forward to returning and staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Hotel Spinne was exactly what we were looking for when planning our Grindelwald trip. From the pool overlooking Eiger, to the spa and sauna facilities to relax and recover, it was the perfect stay. 10/10.

The room was very dated, and unfortunately the cleanliness did not meet expectations. The washroom had an unpleasant smell, and the bathtub was visibly dirty upon arrival. There is no air conditioning in the room, so it became quite warm at night even in May. The room itself is also very small, although I was aware of that before booking. The balcony was the best feature of the room with a good view, but even the outdoor table and chairs were dirty. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, however the cleanliness and food handling practices were concerning. The staff preparing omelettes were using the same gloved hands to handle different ingredients, creating potential cross-contamination between meat, vegetables, and cheese. I also witnessed a staff member handling cheese with bare hands while wearing shellac nails, which was very unhygienic and concerning from a food safety perspective. For the amount of money charged per night, I would not recommend this facility.

Our room was the double suite with the best views I have ever seen of the mountains . The rooms were beautifully designed and very clean . We got upgraded and the staff was delightful. I would stay here again and again. The location was spot on too in the middle of the Main Street.
