The room was clean but the light switches didn’t work. They had the entire room wired next to the door. They were polite but I am not going back.

Could use a through cleaning

Good size rooms. Unfortunately there was maintenance work being carried out during the stay which could be heard from the 5th floor

Nice small hotel located within quick walks to shopping, dining and bars. Clean, but showing a little age. The worst thing is the rooms have unfortunately laid out bathroom designs. No privacy when doing your business in the w/c. The bathing area has a tub and shower behind a privacy door. Very strange design.

No parking,no staff communication about early check in. No help from staff at all during check in and check out. Very poor staff

It’s not bad for the price lots of construction so if you’re considering getting sleep past 9 am in the morning you might as well forget it because there’s jackhammers going all day. Smells a bit mouldy and musty in the main lobby and in one of the rooms we stayed in. Overall not bad for the price but kind of a two or three star although the staff is really nice..

The most convenient hotel to stay.very clean also. It is walking distance right in between Terminal 21 and EmSphere. 2nd time in Bangkok and I've stayed here both times.

Clean modern has a small gym and pool

Clean Quite Staff need more communication skills.

It is a horrible place. I lasted only 20 minutes I don’t think places like hotels.com should advertise places like this. Paid for 2 nights Stayed less than 20 minutes could not go out fast enough. For future travelers note There is no windows. There is no showers. Everywhere a sign that says must keep quiet after 9 pm. For god sake this is Bangkok we are talking about. For a place that offers nothing. They were very strict on noise levels. Zero chance of recommendation Total waste of 2 nights money. Note to fellow travelers. It’s is off the side street. Surrounded by bars and brothels and they say no noise sound funny to me
