We booked a river villa and it was an absolutely incredible space - so serene and relaxing, with beautiful stylish furniture, nice amenities and lighting. All the staff were absolutely incredible to us - kind, positive, helpful. It was one of the best five star hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding. I couldn't fault anything. We are already looking to rebook.

A fantastic hotel, would definitely return

Hard to describe this INCREDIBLE place. Photos don’t do it justice. Luxury, class and ultimate place to relax. Staff were incredible- they went over and above to make our stay even more memorable

This is a truly exceptional hotel. Everywhere is so beautifully thought out and peaceful. The villas are amazing, with everything you need. The pools in the villas mean you don’t need to use the main pools, but you should still experience them both. The whole hotel is clean, with staff attending to it throughout the day. Breakfast is great, fantastic staff.

Amazing hotel, everything was perfect! Definitely recommend and will absolutely be returning.

This place is amazing for a luxury getaway with great service and

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in worldwide. Hands down the best hotel in the canaries. Beautiful grounds and pools.
