The breakfast here is lovely, some of the best scrambled eggs I've had in fact. Their star quality is that the staff are beyond attentive. Parking is easy. All the staff have been fabulous from beginning to end. I honestly can't fault them

Nice hotel next to the station really good for getting too Birmingham moor street, 10 minutes tops. Nice breaky. Only issue I had water ran out on my shower so I had limited water and no hot water. I had the small room 101. I think it's on a smaller water tank.

The National Conference centre is only 10-15 min by car so ideal location. I attended a three day event there and returned to Garner Hotel for the night. There was availability to book breakfast if I wanted.

The reception area needed a good clean, room was ok, had been updated to a below average standard. Road noise kept me awake, even with ear plugs.

The room was terrible hot! I slept with the window open as wide as possible and the curtains open so I could get a bit of air! The sink wasn’t as clean as I would expect. The bed was comfy and the shower warm. I needed a cheap room to sleep near conference venue, and this served me well. I was there less that twelve hours! Desk staff were very welcoming!!

Staff were great rooms i would call them boxes double bed room was so tight that we were keep hitting tables as gap between was maybe 4/5 inches, or other room was bit bigger ..
