My child was devoured by bedbugs on our first night at the hotel and the hotel showed very little care for the situation, insinuating it was our fault for bringing them with us which was not the case.
The service in general was cold, slow and also uninformed about the area. When asked about market days, the receptionist didn’t know.
The breakfast cost 30€ per person for mediocre, flavorless eggs and a very average spread that any basic hotel offers. There was no menu to choose from and the value for money was definitely not there. In addition, the coffee was subpar capsule coffee which should not be the case at a relais chateaux.
Overall an incredibly disappointing stay that completely soured our final night of the trip.
