Communication well in advance of our stay was excellent, thanks to the diligence of the apartment Manager, Yiannis.
The apartment is either brand new, or in excellent condition. It is spacious, bright, and well appointed. The location is also very convenient. We bought a Big Bus (similar to Hop on Hop off) ticket and found that stop 10 was walking distance to the apartment. This made it very convenient to get to and from all the major sight seeing attractions. If I return to Athens I will definitely stay at Pinacota Suites. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was excellent and the host was very helpful and welcome. It was a short walk to grocery store and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay - we will be back :)

The suite was very clean and spacious. Check-in was easy. Yannis was nice to let me check-in earlier. The building was quiet. The seemed ok. I felt safe walking. Took me about 30 minutes to walk to the Acropolis and Plaka.

We simply loved it.
Nice and clean apartment, really nice decor, spacious and easily accessible, walking distance to a Metro station, shops, bars and restaurants in easy reach. We had absolutely amazing time, check in was super easy and we were given all the instructions in advance, the host was approachable and always quick to respond (not that we had any issues). The restaurant across the street stays open until late so a must go to, we didn’t really use the Metro much because we could walk to the central and we explored lots of restaurants on the way.
All together, a very happy stay and amazing holidays. Thanks to Athenians’ lovely hospitality.
