The hotel is very convenient by the 5 line metro which we loved. As per the photos on the site...well it is currently under construction so...yeah, dont go based off those. Some nice restaurants in the area, great staff and for the price you really cant beat it. The toilets and overall plumbing could be better, but thats Paris for you (honestly speaking). Must say, best beds and overall rooms/suites ever for the price. Has AC which in the summer heatwave was FANTASTIC to have. I would have rated higher if I had known from the start it was under construction, but that i believe is more a "Hotels.com" issue than the actual hotel's. Overall I enjoyed it. The area (Pantin) may feel unsafe to most travelers who might romanticize Paris, im from NYC so there are far worse places in the world, and it felt familiar to me; just maybe safer than NYC.

The location is central and close to the metro that will connect you to many of Paris’ scenic pleasures. The neighborhood is a bit rough but I never felt unsafe. There is a small shopping mall adjacent the hotel. The hotel itself was under some renovation at the lobby, so breakfast if you pay the extra fee is one floor up. The air conditioning functioned fine. The soap/shampoo dispenser was not working the first 2 nights (it was unattached & sat on the floor of the shower) but they fixed it & freshened our linen without us requesting it - a nice bonus. We were on the top floor & surprised to find a few ants crawling about. Otherwise a reasonable place to stay.

The staff were very welcoming but this hotel wasn’t great. We did not know that the downstairs was being refurbished so there were no facilities at all. Rooms are not cleaned every day which also meant that coffee, tea, milk etc wasn’t topped up. Worse is that it was not available at reception either. Rooms are small but quiet and the aircon was very good, plus the beds were very comfy.

Average room - clean, a bit warm, no fridge. Location is very close to a metro station.

Staff is terrible, no sense of hospitality. Dirty and cramped up room with bugs on the bed. Bathroom don’t have enough soap.

The Air Conditioning of the Hotel was not working when I booked the Hotel and they didn’t notify the App while I booked a room on the same day. The AC was still not repaired by the time I checked out. It was a Hot day and night and I could barely get any sleep.

Hotel was well situated close to a metro station with easy access into the central tourist areas, taking about 20mins. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable and shower superb. The only problem was that the air conditioning was broken for the four nights we visited, Luckily we were on the back of the hotel which was super quiet and were able to open the window fully or else it would have been an oven.

Very convenient hotel, 10 min away from airport and on top of that they have an airport shuttle that you can request to take you and also pick you up from the airport! Just study the airport shuttle map they provide in their website so you know where exactly to met them when you arrive at the airport, it was a bit confusing for me lol but we figured it out. Beds and pillows are sooo comfortable!

The area around the hotel is awful, I wouldn’t suggest women stay here, it doesn’t feel safe, lots of security and police turning up to deal With men selling illegal cigarets and crime. The hotel aircon doesn’t work even after reporting the women was stroppy saying just had it fixed, well it’s not fixed. It was heatwave so sleeping was difficult in rooms way too hot. No towel change for 3 days and had to beg for toilet role and ask for a fresh towel. Overall cheap but not cheerful, wouldn’t stay here again.
