My friend and I were just staying for one night but really enjoyed our stay. The bed was mahoosiv and very comfortable. The place has 2 lovely pools which we basically had to ourselves and breakfast had lots of choices and really good value for money. My friend even liked their coffee. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The beach is also only 15 minutes walk away.

Property outdated but clean currently on renovation when we stayed ,breakfast very good and employees are helpful and attentive .Accross the street there is a store where you can buy snacks.

The staff was very courteous. All the way from reception to the restaurant at the top. They provided exceptional service to me and my family. Were highly satisfied and would definitely recommend/ come again

Staying at Watermark Hotel & Spa Bali was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and warm Balinese hospitality. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. What truly stood out was the exceptional service by entire Hotel team. Dewi , Putri and all the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their genuine care and hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The dining options were also impressive, with delicious food and a great variety to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Watermark Hotel & Spa Bali to anyone visiting Bali. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely love to come back again. Navjot.

clean room, nice and friendly staff. nice infinity pool. the room didn’t have good soundproof system - heard coughing from next door. overall a nice experience.

The breakfast option included the Japanese restaurant with ramen available. Was grest option for included breakfast

A best and value for money hotel in Jimbaran. They have 4 different varieties of room and we stayed at the suite. A massive large bed and access to suite lounge offering free snacks and drinks are added benefit. The Infiniti pool on the upstairs is really cool. I got to see 360 degree fireworks view on the new year eve. Staff are very friendly. They do have departure lounge which is unique where you can wait and take shower for free. They also have a kids play area. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to the Kedonganan beach. I do recommend them.

This is a excellent property if you want to explore bali properly. The hotel’s location is excellent and also the restaurant la and pools are great. The Duty manger is great. We travelled as a group of 16 people and booked 5 rooms and the hotel staff was excellent in all aspects and the rooms were better than what we expected. It’s highly recommended.

We were presently surprised when we checked out at noon and were given a free shuttle ride back to the airport We had a huge room with a huge bed, must’ve been two queens together at least. But the step down from the bed surrounding platform to the floor, about 7 inches, was terrifying in the dark at night.
