The rooms were a lot smaller than i thought. There was a smell. The blankets were old and had turned from white to an off yellow. The room was very small. We left after a few hours and they refused to refund our stay. There is one room in the whole place that is bigger, but they would not let me pay the difference but basically asked me to rent another room which was that one room. If you are comfortable in a hostel type of place, this is the equivalent. Otherwise the room is not up to normal American or Canadian standards, and I am ok with Motel 6. Although the front desk was not helpful, the cleaning folks were very friendly. The place being run down is not necessarily their fault.

I traveled alot in many hotels in the Philippines and let me tell you, Lenox is an hidden gems. The food is so great at a fair price!

Professional and friendly staff! Comfortable room!

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Very spacious and clean room. And love the free breakfast.

Compared to what you typically find in the smaller cities in the Philippines, it's quite excellent, but the surrounding area is somewhat impoverished, and unless you're coming here for business or to visit family, I wouldn't recommend coming to this city at all. There's no taxis, it's dangerous, it's like a food desert, and it's a bloody horrible place.

I grew up in the area and I've been away for many years. Going back for vacation and I'm impressed with how the building is well-maintained, clean and as always staffs are very helpful. The rooms are clean so as the restrooms. The breakfast selections are amazing!

the accommodation and friendly staff

Will come back soon!

The room was modern and newly renovated. The staff was friendly and efficient. My go to hotel in Dagupan.
