Room layout is not the best.

Property was very nice clean and quiet. It stated a vending machine but I didn’t see.

Easy 5 stars for this Tokyo stay—honestly, it set the tone for the whole trip. The room was immaculate, like not a speck out of place kind of clean, and cleverly designed so everything felt both cozy and efficient. The staff were next-level kind—gracious, attentive, and always one step ahead without making it feel formal or stiff. Every time I passed through the lobby, I felt genuinely welcomed. The air conditioning? Flawless. Quiet, consistent, and exactly what you need after wandering Tokyo all day—it felt like walking into a perfectly chilled little sanctuary. And the amenities were such a nice touch: high-quality, well-stocked, and clearly cared for. It’s those little details that make you feel a bit spoiled in the best way. If you’re staying in Tokyo, this is the kind of place that makes you want to extend your trip… or at least linger just a little longer before checkout.

I have given Nest Hotel all Excellent based on the Staff and how they helped me deal with a problem with Hotels.com. When we checked for a week stay, the room was nice, clean, with a big beautiful bathtub and shower but the overall room was small and there was no english TV channels. It was not a smart TV, so I could not cast to it. I talked with the Hotel about these issues and since it was getting late, we decided to stay one night and check out the next morning. Nest Hotel agreed to let us cancel the booking and to get a full refund for the unused days. I contacted Hotels.com and they refused to cancel the booking, telling me that Nest hotel refused. Then Nest hotel put it all in writing for me, that they only expected 1 nights payment and wavered the cancellation penalty. Hotels.com is still refusing to refund my payment. Claiming they can not verify the letter from Nest Hotel and that Nest hotel was not answering calls or emails. It would seem, and I am not accusing Hotels.com of this, that Nest Hotel only a requested 1 nights stay payment. Hotels.com could pay them for 1 night, then refuse a refund for the other 5 nights to me, and who then keeps the different. This is not an accusation, but seems possible. I have asked Hotels.com to review all this again and I am waiting for an answer back. I will update, when I find out more.

I often use this hotel as it is convenient from the airport, sound proof so it is very quiet, room is fairly spacious and clean and staff are extremely helpful.

It's the worst hotel in the world, don't go there because it's the worst.
