Unfortunately I got stranded at Newark airport after my flight got cancelled and this was the only hotel close to the airport that had any rooms available.
The member of staff barely said a word to me on check-in, he was too busy talking to his colleagues, counting money in the cash register and trying to answer the phone.
The whole building felt old, tired and run-down and the room itself felt exactly the same. Although the bedding and towels appeared to be clean, there was so much dust and hair visible behind the bedside table and the walls were covered in marks and dirt.
Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, which is particularly upsetting considering it cost me around 400 USD for the night.
