Family Friendly Filled With Activities.

Excelente hotel. Servicio de primera y limpieza excelente. Hotel superó nuestras expectativas; lo tiene todo.

Staff was always cheerful and helpful. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Easy to get to the beach and a lovely hideaway bar that served awesome drinks. Water park was loads of fun! Buffet and restaurants (with exception to Hunters Steakhouse) offered a nice variety of good food. Checkin was terrible - 1 1/2 hours to check in, and lobby has no air conditioning or chairs for waiting family who had to be present to receive wrist bands. Restaurant app did not work. Went directly to restaurants and got a table in 10 minutes although app said no reservations were available. Overall, enjoyed our vacation.

Deben poner más carritos para llevar y traer los clientes de un lado a otro… El aire del buffette, el sportbar y casino. Salvavida en las piscinas y por último los restaurantes deben ponerlos a funcionar todos

☆☆☆☆ The Worst Hotel Experience I Have Ever Had I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. We were assigned a room with a horrible odor and an air conditioning system that barely worked. The room was uncomfortable, hot, and impossible to enjoy. We reported the issue immediately and were moved to another room, only to find ourselves dealing with similar problems again. Despite multiple complaints and requests for assistance, the hotel never provided a real solution. The lack of concern from management was shocking. Instead of taking responsibility and making things right, we were repeatedly given excuses and empty promises. We spent a significant portion of our vacation dealing with problems that should have been resolved immediately. The food was equally disappointing. The quality was poor, the selection was limited, and many meals were simply not enjoyable. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a frustrating and exhausting experience. The overall condition of the hotel did not match the expectations set by the advertisements or the price paid. Cleanliness, comfort, customer service, and food quality were all far below acceptable standards. The most frustrating part was feeling completely ignored when trying to get help. The situation became so unbearable that we decided to leave before the end of our stay. We paid for a vacation

Habitaciones limpias pero la colcha que tenía la cama estaba llena de moho el aire no enfriaba mucho el staff atento siempre y cuando dieras propina desayuno almuerzo y cena pasable buen sabor

Précédemment, c'était acceptable, mais cette fois-ci c'était terrible même avec l'accès Diamond. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de variété au buffet, la chambre n'était pas bien climatisée, etc.

En mi opinión, no me volvería a quedar en el Royalton splash….. solo hay un bufete para un hotel tan grande, el personal en el área de la comida demasiado de lentos, termina uno de comer o desayunar y ahí llegaban con las bebidas 🙄🙄 otra cosa que no me gustó, muy poca iluminación por los jardines en la noche, no hay nada de actividad en la noche y bien poco en el día. En mi parte no regresaría al splash. El que vale la pena es el Royalton Punta Cana, ese si está a otro nivel, hay hacen todas las actividades en la noche, tiene tiendas, área de café y helados, sport bar, el teatro en fin todo… y el parque acuático bueno y queda bien centralizado si uno se queda en unos de los dos hoteles

No me gustó el personal muy hostil y poco amable 2/10
