Really tiny rooms. Great location. Elevator broke down and there was no signage to indicate.

Staff were super nice and more helpful than you might ever expect. I left items behind by accident and they agreed to ship them to my home the next day. Wonderful staff!

I really like the hotel the staff was great and very polite. The location its prefect lots of restaurants and stores, and within walking distance to the Stadium where I attended the AC/DC concert which was the main reason why I came to Columbus. Nice hotel. Best Band in the world AC/DC, its like an earthquake.

The hotel is very trendy and has a lot of Ohio State and Ohio memorabilia. The rooms were very clean. Great location. The only problem we had was with the coffee it is not a standard coffee pot it heats water and it's instant coffee. I am guessing most guests don't bother with it because our creamer was spoiled. The parking is not included but valet is great and only a couple more dollars.

I have never been more disappointed in Hilton than I am right now! We arrived ans elevators both were out of order. We had to take the stairs thankfully it was just 4 floor and not the 11th! No compliments to the staff who felt this wasn’t an issue. The acted as if it was fine. Got to our room left 20 min later and took the steps elevator was still broken until we got downstairs and the elevator’s where in working order well one of them at least! The valet parking is a cluster you know what. They brought us wrong car not once but twice. I’m thinking this is Hilton there will be a free complimentary breakfast. No absolutely not and the coffee was terrible. In the rooms your coffee is instant which is even grosser! Bought candy bars lol well those where 20 dollars for 4 and they where stale. I have never stayed at a Hilton and had this kind of service. I’ll definitely not be back to this one.

The property was clean and safe. The beds are very low to the ground and pretty soft so it is kind of comical to get in and out of the bed. The room is generally pretty dark. There are also a lack of outlets in the room.. so plugging in a laptop or phone isn't exactly easy. The coffee in the room is instant coffee which ok, but to plug in the kettle is a total hassle.

We've stayed here before and like it!! Rooms are a little small but it is in the City. Everything is clean and the staff are all very nice. They forgot to clean our room but when they found out they did come immediately to get the towels and trash. We will definitely stay there again.
