Great Hotel, and the staff are very friendly. A big thank you to Salma also, who helped us resolve a small issue, it was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay at the Vintage Grand Hotel again.

Great

Amazing staff, Room was awesome, Property was was Amazing and everything I needed was there. Amazing Stay!!!!

Good

We booked and paid for executive lounge access and the lounge was closed for renovations. Our room card, however, still worked to go into the lounge and lights etc were off but there were no renovations going on. I only booked this hotel because of the executive lounge. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. The same room without lounge access would have been much cheaper, but they still took my money and didn’t say anything. Not even when we checked in. We only found out the next morning. Very unethical and although the staff at the hotel were very friendly, it has made me think again about the ethics of Marriott.

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Excellent
