My partner and I were both stunned by how stylish, clean and open the space was. Such a wonderful experience, can not wait to return.. P.s. the bathrooms is amazing

Location was great, but the hotel is overrated for the price, the bed wasn’t comfortable to sleep on.

Our room was beautiful and in a great part of town to be able to see all the sights. We were right around the corner from a bus stop and several restaurants. We requested a shower chair for my husband and they brought one right up. The reason for my negativity is that our air conditioning didn’t work. We asked the desk to have maintenance look at it. They came up and fiddled with the controller and said it was fine. It was 25.6 degrees Celsius. This equates to 78 degrees Fahrenheit. It was miserable! After we complained again, they brought us a fan. This helped a little but they still wouldn’t acknowledge there was a problem. When we checked out, the desk attendant said that there were 2 rooms having issues. I think he was trying to make us feel better. It didn’t help. I have received the email for the manager and I hope he pays attention to my email. Unfortunately, the communication from the hotel prior to our stay was pretty nonexistent until I asked them to respond to my questions.

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and the Borghese Gallery. The staff was outstanding welcoming, attentive, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. There are also several wonderful restaurants nearby with truly incredible food. We look forward to returning very soon!

Very dark, dim lighting, not a comfortable feel. Poor ac. Uninviting lobby, bar, etc. The only thing that is 3 stars is the location. Definitely not a 4 star or luxury hotel.

Property was close to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Was in a quieter area in Rome and had a great staff and walkable to nice restaurants.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, useful location. Good stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nicely appointed and the area was walking distance to Colliseum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

Beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to many attractions including the coliseum and the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants in the area too.
