Reception staff helped with taxi twice: good.
They could not help me with ATM. Your ATM does not take VISA: bad. They would not help me convert US$ or Euros: bad.
They extended my check-out time so I could meet my ride. excellent!
They fixed my TV, which would not turn on: good.
They did not set up my account to allow me to charge cafe meals to my room. No big deal, but the cafe staff could not understand why.
Breakfast is very good, especially the omelets.
Dinners in the cafe were good.
Air conditioning (AC) is inadequate. With it on, the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. I had to open the window and use the chair to prop it. That turned off the AC. The noise from the street (sirens and loud cars or motorcycles) was very bad.
The shower door (room 446) repeatedly came loose at the bottom.
The room was too small and crowded. It is hard for a handicapped person to walk around the bed.
There was no chair for sitting and reading: bad.
