Thank you for everything. Stuff is good, but it’s very noisy in the nighttime.

Its nice budget hotel. Staff is very helpful and kind. Hotel is close to airport and beaches. Also have few dinning options around for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

My second stay at elips, very convenient and close to most places i was visiting.

A/c in hotel wasnt working and pool ceiling harbored mold. The photos of the property are deceiving

We spent a few days in Istanbul – it was super fun and cozy. The hotel there was amazing, and so was the staff. Afterwards, we decided to spend a few more days in Antalya. While searching for a hotel, we came across Elips Royal Hotel in Antalya via UK.Hotel.com. Since we had to drive over 10 hours from Istanbul to Antalya, we specifically looked for a hotel that allowed late check-in at the end of the day. According to UK.Hotel.com, it was possible to check in at Elips Royal Hotel between 00:00 and 01:00. We left Istanbul at 11:00 in the morning and arrived just after midnight. At the reception, however, the receptionist immediately told us it was impossible to check in at that time. He said the hotel's policy was to check in and out between 12:00 and 13:00 during the day. He said we could check in for that night only if we paid extra, and after 12:00 we would get the room we had already paid for. The receptionist was extremely aggressive and shouted at us. We tried contacting UK.Hotel.com at that moment, but were only met with a chatbot repeating the same message: "We’re sorry to hear you’re unable to check in." That night, we ended up sleeping on the couch in the hotel lobby. The receptionist also mentioned something about "Maxi Rooms", saying that the hotel’s rooms are offered on different websites through that company, and that the mistake came from Maxi Rooms. When we asked for a phone number to contact them, he refused to provide it. We were unable to find any info

Everything is ok

Being a four star this was far worse than a 3 star. The breakfast was repeated daily with same products each and everyday. Room air conditioner would work and turn off itself through the day and night. If you report or ask questions about something being wrong the staff became aggressive throughout your stay and dirty looks given by staff member. Beauty was a waste of money hamam was a joke, jacuzzi not working, rails broken in swimming and a lot misguidence. The nearest decent food is 20 mins walking distance and staff barely understand much. Town centre/bazaar is 30 mins walking distance

Good budget hotel. Breakfast was ok.Staff if friendly.
