Everything at the resort was beautiful and I enjoyed the time there. The view was beyond what I expected.

The rooms were clean in spite of needing updating. Pool was great with good amount of seating. Service was great!

Our say was very nice and the room was excellent. There is no onsite microwaves and that would be very nice. I heard ALOT of guest have complains about that. Also at the ONLY coffee area on the whole property was NOT well care for. Many time la during our stay the area was out of coffe and the cappocino machines were not working . Also -- the rugs in the down stairs lounging area were wore and presented a trip / fall hazard. You save you an injury by spending a few dollars on two new large rugs for this area. Overall great place.

When I first got there they put me in a room that had a huge bump in the floor that I almost tripped over. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And the ceiling in the front was all chipped and looks like it was coming down. I went to the front desk and they came upstairs to inspect and changed my room. The downside to that was I had a beautiful harbor view in my first room. However, they said that they would give me a harbor view in my new room, but when I looked out the window instead of seeing the harbor I saw the pool.

The property pools and views are amazing and the front desk and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Beautiful and clean. There are several issues with our stay. First the billing was complicated and more than expected. There was not a microwave in our room to heat up food. Finally, the horrible bathroom door. It would not close all the way. Very awkward!!!!

This was my 4th stay at this resort. It’s just a water taxi away from downtown Charleston and very close to Shem Creek, Isle of Palm, and Sullivan’s island. The staff is amazing and so is the service.

There is no beach at this resort. There is some sand by the coast, but the first thing they tell you at check in is NOT to get in the water. Container ships come remarkable close to the resort and the water is nasty and the sand black with sludge. Also, some of the rooms are in terrible condition and out of date. My initial room has big, brown gouges in some walls and black marks where it looked like furniture used to rub against the wall and had never been cleaned off. They moved me to a nicer room, but where 'garden view' meant the dumpsters, which were emptied throughout the early morning, starting around 4am. There was also constant banging from the engineering room down the hall through the night. I left a day early because I couldn't sleep. On the flip side, the staff were WONDERFUL. They totally understood and apologized, but these are not things they could affect. The pools were nice and the common spaces were pretty. The shuttle into town was reliable and the driver lovely. Same is true of the water taxi. But really, don't call it a beach resort if there is no actual beach or the ability to swim.
