I was disappointed with my stay. During the night, I was bitten by an insect multiple times and ended up with four bites on my leg. I reported it to the front desk, and staff said they inspected the room but didn’t find anything. While I appreciate that they checked, my concern was dismissed even though I had visible bites.
To make matters worse, when we returned later, the room still had not been cleaned. Between the lack of housekeeping and the way my concerns about the insect bites were handled, I did not feel that the issue was taken seriously. I expected better customer service and a more thorough response to a guest reporting multiple insect bites
