Great hotel, lovely helpful staff! Would stay again.

This hotel is good, basic rooms but for the location it is fine. The checkin staff are very lovely and it was perfect for one night.

Biggest complaint was the shower—the door swung inward, meaning you had to squeeze into it. From a safety standpoint, it failed miserably, but was also just uncomfortable.

This is lovely, great location walkable to all the main spots, comfy bed, lovely staff especially Danila. Definitely staying here again next trip! Awesome breakfast and gym too.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful from our check-in and everyone we interactived with from the team and restaurant were great. The room was small but had great amenities and layout. The shower means you perhaps share with someone your close to due to the glass but all the other features were well designed and made the room very comfortable. The addition of a few free minibar drinks was also a bonus. Lastly the 12pm checkout and the bag storage made this stay incredibly relaxing and the location near the railway and Holzmarkt made it very convient.

Cleaners are efficent and detailed

New hotel close to Ostbahnoff station and the river (opposite the Moxy). A Clean room and quiet except for a little noise from another room for part of one evening. Reception was manned at close to midnight when I arrived without any issues accessing hotel. Didn’t use bar and breakfast so can’t comment on those things. Station is a large station so be aware of the rough sleepers around the station, especially at night. But no issues close to hotel.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were modern and well appointed. Complimentary drinks. Helpful staff. They even let me upgrade my room without paying change fees. Even if I went looking for something to complain about, I don't know if I would find a single thing to improve. Great location and excellent home base for an American to explore Berlin. They really made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Next time, I won't even shop around - I'll come back to Me and All.

Room was clean tidy and in good condition at time of visit. Quite compact, I was in a double room on my own and there wasn’t much space or storage for my 5 days of clothes etc. looks like the hotel has been renovated recently, everything pretty fresh and functional. Great little gym which I was very glad of, all new equipment.
