I had a great experience overall and really enjoyed my stay. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s close to the train station, making it very easy to travel to different areas of Tokyo. The room was comfortable and a great size for a solo traveler or a couple. My only complaints were that breakfast wasn’t the easiest to access, and the curtains in my room had some mildew on them. Thankfully, there wasn’t much of an odor from the curtains, but the bathroom did have a strange smell, which I assume may have been due to the plumbing. If the curtains could be cleaned or replaced, it would make the stay even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again because of the convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

The staff were AMAZING! So helpful when we needed a doctor. And the hairdryer was top notch!! Finally they had a hospitality area with a lovely happy hour. Great location too near the train station and this is lame but a taste of home, Starbucks, was just a block away!!

Convenience of laundry machine in the room was a plus 👍

Rooms have washer/dryer which is a huge plus.

We stayed here for 6 days. The check in was super easy and a staff memeber who spoke good English helped us. The location is pretty perfect when traveling round Japan. Yotsuya station is only a 7 minute walk away and this is able to link you to all other stations in Japan. There are plenty of places to eat nearby the hotel as well as multiple Konbini including one next door to the hotel. They have a hairdryer, tooth brush x 2 and a small toothpaste, microwave, induction hob and TV with Netflix, YouTube and all the rest. There is also a washing machine with detergent available. If you wish to iron you clothes then you must go down to the front desk and ask to use one. They require you to bring it back once you are done with it. Preferable on a daily bases if you are ironing once a day. I would recommend ironing a bunch of clothes in one go because of this. (There is no charge to use). If you need new towels you mush request them with a magnet that sticks onto your door which is provided to you on the inside of your room door. The place was a little dusty here and there but overall worth the money for such a good location. It is a little bit outdated but nothing that would bother most people. There is a lot of traffic outside but you have two sliding glass door shielding you from the noise.

Very thoughtful services. There’s free pastries and drinks every evening and free flow coffee and tea all day. Room equipped with useful amenities & hotel was conveniently located a few minutes away from a connected train station and has many variety of shops along and opposite the hotel.

We had a great stay at Tokyu Stay Yotsuya in the Shinjuku area. The room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location was excellent—very close to the train station and within walking distance to many parts of the city if you enjoy exploring on foot, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. That said, the cleaning service was a bit disappointing, as rooms are only cleaned every 7 days and our stay was 5 nights, so we didn’t receive any full cleaning during our visit. The amenities were also fairly minimal compared to other hotels. Overall, despite those drawbacks, we still had a very enjoyable stay thanks to the great location and comfortable room.

I plan not to stay in this hotel again. It needs renovation.
