Ниже среднего Rooms are tiny, not clean at all cracks in the wallpaper, flooring loose, mould in the bathroom, pest control traps on the floor, screws pocking out the head board, lathes broken on the windows and window seals falling apart.

Хорошо The room was fine, beds clean and amenities you'd expect. The only issue was the bathroom was filthy. I spilt some water on the floor and used my white towel to lightly wipe it. It came up black!! My friend had a shower (also pretty dirty with dark mould spots at the top of the tiles) and she said her feet were dirtier after the shower from the bathroom floor than when they went in.

Ниже среднего Staff nice, clean bedsheets and towels.
The property needs update a window in the room was broken and did not close, the bathroom curtain was very dirty, bathroom quite moldy. In the pictures property looks much nicer than is in real life.

The hotel was not the cleanest and the mattress was wafer thin and the lift was very basic but is was the cheapest hotel in London would I go back yes I would would I bring anti vac wipes deffo me and my daughter had a twin room and we payed 145 each for 4 nights so yeah if you are looking for somewhere cheap happy days

Deeply disappointing stay. The room had a security-compromised window that wouldn’t lock properly, broken bath fittings, and visible mould in the bathroom. Raised the issues during our stay but nothing was resolved. For the price paid, this fell well short of a basic acceptable standard wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.

No fans available for use in the room.
Window didn’t open in 25+ degree heat
Was close to some local pub who done lovely food. Tesco is 5 minute walk.
Location is good.

Хорошо £90 for a twin room in London that's 2 minutes from the nearest tube station Reception staff were friendly, let me check in an hour early and were there when I checked out early in the morning.
The bed was comfortable and clean as were the towels and the shower had good pressure, the room smelt fresh.
Bad points; the window was broken and wouldn't close and there was a lot of noise from the road, unless you close the door to the lift it bangs shut as do the room doors (inconsiderate guests, not the hotels responsibility but they could put soft close hinges on)

It was to be expected for what we paid so can’t complain! We had towel swans on our beds and a nice view, room had a tv also.
Only complaint was the random knocking on the door throughout the night, when you’d open the door there was no one there. But when we went down stairs to reception to give the key back the next morning there was a woman kicking off about someone knocking her door all night also.
And the lift is tiny and you can’t fit more than 2 people.
