Our check in time was 3pm , and due to high traffic we got to the hotel at 430pm , was extremely tired already and the front desk made us wait another 30min , our room was wasn’t ready , the front desk asked to wait aside , we were waiting in the lobby for a long time the front desk didn’t bother letting us know about our room being ready , we had to go our self to check if our room was ready or not , very disappointing experience,

Rooms were large and well appointed. Only one elevator goes down to the parking lot. NO soap in washrooms. Went downstairs and asked for some at front desk, was told they were all out for the whole hotel but that they would send some body wash minis for us to use. They did not come. Asked cleaning staff, they said they had none. Had to go out and purchase our own soap for a 450 a night room.

Parking Access We have never needed instructions to park in a garage before, but this property would have benefited from clearer guidance. We had to back up from the garage entrance and go inside to ask how to access the garage. Instructions posted near the garage door would have been very helpful. To enter, guests must use the far-left lane near the garage door and ring the intercom on the concrete wall. There is no ticket dispenser or parking arm, so the process feels more like entering a resident-only garage that requires a key fob. Check-In Experience We waited approximately 20 minutes to check in because the system was down. While that was outside the staff’s control, there was only one person working at the front desk, which made everyone’s wait longer. Our reservation was also supposed to include two queen beds, but the property had us listed for one king bed instead. Room Issues The next morning, we had no power in the room except for the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and the microwave. We called the front desk to report on the issue, but after being placed on hold for an extended period, we eventually hung up. Overall Impression The staff was very friendly; however, the overall experience was less than desirable.

The staff was very nice but our check in was almost 2 hours late (5pm instead of 3pm). This really threw off the timing of our plans. There was also no hand soap provided in the washroom which I later asked for and none was sent. They did however give us free breakfast coupons to help offset the delays. Parking is expensive for a hotel (40 usd). Overall okay to good stay

Goodbye

Hilton’s entire system went down and we were unable to check in until after 7pm. Minimal amount of parking (that you pay for) on site with incredibly small spaces even for compact cars. No hand soap in hotel room. Asked for some and none was ever delivered. Housekeeping knocked on door at 10am on check out day even though we weren’t checked out yet. Assistant General Manager left his staff to deal with unhappy guests during check in on Friday.

Even though there was a long line at check out the supervisor took quick care of everyone!

Kid friendly and loved being able to walk downtown everything is close by
