Good value and good location.

Staff either lack knowledge, don’t understand or don’t care. Can’t give clear information or directions. Don’t keep promises on what they say they will do

Toilets clogged, shower water gets backed up continuously

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The staff truly made the experience memorable. Every person we interacted with was incredibly helpful, personable, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. We ran into a couple of minor issues during our visit, but they were handled quickly and professionally. The team either resolved the problem right away or provided a thoughtful solution, which we really appreciated. One thing to note is that they run a very organized operation. Be sure to read the instructions, policies, and check-in information they provide, as they are clear and there for a reason. Following their guidelines will make your stay even smoother. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality!

I saw reviews of how clean this place is, I went by it. I'm not sure where everyone else has been to prior, I got 2 rooms, some things were not working, we got new rooms next day. Those new rooms the exact same thing. Carpet is very dirty, I mean it, just because it's dark color doesn't mean you can tell how dirty it is. Beds are WAY TOO SMALL, rooms are SUPER SMALL, not fair for the price, bathrooms are super tiny, it's ok for one night emergency type, but I won't stay here for a week. To get a larger room you have to pay $550.00 per night, no Thanks Lobby is dated, all of it is dated, to make matters worse, the roof top restaurant closes at 10pm on Saturdays, come one, give me a break, it's the best they got because of the view and they close it at 9pm every night except Saturday. Funny I personally won't ever stay here. I don't get what I pay for Wall paper is coming off at some walls inside rooms Water filter at each floor to fill up the bottles will work great if water would taste good, but smelks and tastes bad. Not a good experience You guys can try it and if you like it and have different opinion, I respect it, not for me

Right when we walked in, we seem got a very welcoming greeting from Steven and Francis. Both of them were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us which we greatly appreciated after a long road trip if I ever travel again to New York, this is the only hotel I will stay in again. The view was amazing. The rooms were clean, and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend. Very close to the freedom tower, twin tower memorial, & 9/11 memorial.

The room was spotless and spacious, good location close to the subway, and very quiet. The staff were super helpful, and the person who checked me in remembered my name the next day! I was very impressed and will probably stay there again when I’m back in NYC.
