The toilet is too small. Bath plumbing fixture too old. And also easy to wet the floor when showering. The tub is risky for older people. It is slippery. Breakfast food not many choices.

Modern apartment in Prague that is close to transport for ease of getting around. A decent size all facilities were good has a laundry The kitchen area was excellent all the best appliances and enough space to prepare a meal if necessary. Would recommend for family or friends. The breakfast was good

Great space and location. The staff were very helpful. Very cold AC!

Great stay and setup for our family of four, first visit to Prague. Safe, family friendly neighborhood. Good but simple breakfast add-on. Clean space and friendly staff

Nice neighborhood not close to old city center but ok. Receptionist was very friendly

We especially booked this hotel because it had air-conditioning and that came really handy in the heatwave at the end of May. The room was large with a kitchenette. It would have been nice if they had made beds and freshened up the room daily - there was a process involved of writing what we needed doing and hanging it in front of the door by 11am so we didn't bother. We did tell 3 different people at reception that we wanted another milk capsule for coffee but they wanted to sell us a whole bottle of milk. I don't think the people at reception are meant to help (not their fault, it is most likely designed that way by the management). There was another lady who wanted something to keep her room door open as she was on crutches but they weren't able to help her either. All these issues are minor for us though. The curtains in the room were thin and didn't cover the windows properly so there was a lot of light at the crack of dawn. I would suggest eye masks if this bothers you. The area around the hotel is very nice with lots of non-touristy, good value restaurants - some Michelin recommended. Some have good value lunch deals - I recommend the meat options (not pasta) at the Guardina restaurant. The hotel is a few stops on the tram to the centre.

Very clean hotel and spacious

Everything was good. Nice and pleasant staff lovely quiet area. Can't fault.

Very clean room, well equipped kitchen, spacious and affordable in a very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and amenities nearby. Very close to metro and tram stations. Safe and clean area.
