It was nice and close to the sky train

Horrible, decrepit hotel. The staff were useless.

Wow - are these photos doing some VERY heavy lifting, or what? While most of the photos kinda look like this hotel, they may be 5 years old or AI generated or edited. The first thing we noticed was a very crunchy outside and then a less than warm greeting from reception. I get it. It was 10pm but we were quick for check in and very polite. Then they put us in quite literally the farthest room on the outside of the hotel. No elevators but there were 6 sets of stairs. The room was a slightly polished turd to say the least. Mildewy bathroom, dirty curtains (some of which didn’t close) and no A/C. The bathroom was rough and there were bugs and cobwebs all over. While there was an oscillating fan in each of the bedrooms, which worked well, there were also what I’m guessing are nonfunctional heat and smoke detectors. The fan in the bathroom was loud but didn’t work whatsoever, the shower-head was at about 5‘5“ and while it got warm and had good pressure, during my 5 minute shower, it would blast out scalding hot water or freezing cold water every 15 to 20 seconds. So many things smelled like pee, like the tissues, which is really weird. Hopefully all just because the room was very humid and damp feeling… The sheets were clean, the shampoo was good, the towels were soft and the beds were comfortable enough. Why we got put in the furthest room when they seem to have only 15 people staying here is beyond me. Maybe some of the rooms were better. God, I hope so, but 3 stars is generous

On 4th day roof was leaking water on my bed my clothes and bed was wet bugs were every were in bathroom in room roof. Very bad experience of this hotel.

Kids liked the pool, laundry was good.

No breakfast cafe/restaurant available. Sketchy, won’t be back.

They were great

Friendly staff, clean rooms, reasonable rates.

Cheap hotel and so the furnishings were as expected. The linen was clean and towels were excellent. Convenient location with excellent parking. I usually stay in better hotels bur Vancouver is so expensive.

Didn’t clean our room and didn’t change the sheets during our stay. The washroom/bath smells bad(like pee). Not enough outlet for charging. Outlets are for the lamps only.
