Our stay was comfortable.. The staff are nice and friendly The location is convenient. They providing bus pass. Amenities like sauna and hot tub is the highlight of our trip. We enjoy the dip to relax our muscles after exploring the lakes and canyons. The price is decent , Received my complimentary wine from booking expedia.

love our 5 nights stay and the complimentary Roam Bus pass too. the view at the hot tub and pool is so amazing!

Decent hotel away from downtown. Rooms are old and creaky, WiFi barely works. Heater/AC was hard to control because it was a very old thermostat, which meant that the home was either too hot or too cold and required opening the window at night. The suite was also very dusty near the wall corners. They said that they would clean the suite on the 3rd night, however, they left a sign saying that they wouldn’t without any explanation. Not a great value for money overall.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. It is very well located, as it is very close to the town center.

my concern is rent is little price and Hot tub, sauna bath is not really standard or hot enough .

The room is so dusty, dark, very old appliances and tv(not even smart tv) and it smells old and smoky. Also the carpet is so old and dirty, not enough kitchen utensils and bathroom stuff, we woke up in the morning the whole room covered with black dust who knows where it’s coming from. When we moved the curtain, it’s dust all over and it feels stiff as if the curtain was never moved for a long time. It’s just horrible, not worth it. Not to mention that the reservation agent tried to scam us by charging us for more that what is listed on the website. Also the outdoor pool is not as good as what’s in the photo. Don’t believe that photos in the listing, it is definitely a lot worse than the actual. I can’t even walk with my naked feet in the carpet in the room coz of how dirty it is. When we tried to use the fire, we Donny even have decent match to light it up so we have to ask the maintenance guy and when the guy came in,he didn’t even remove his shoes probably coz they all know that the space is not clean anyway. Thanks no thanks, not coming back here again.

This property is special, beautiful views and hospitality is high from the staff, but the individual rooms are pretty run down and years behind on upkeep. You’ll see animals on-property, so there are trades to be made on accommodations, but it’s close to town and busses are easy out front.
