Our vacation was absolutely wonderful, and the first thing I have to say is that Family Concierge is 100% worth it. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel truly special.
One thing we really appreciated was that there were always enough pool chairs for everyone, which is something that can be a challenge at many all-inclusive resorts. Every day there were fun activities for the kids, and every evening the whole family could enjoy great entertainment and shows.
The cenotes excursion was spectacular and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The food was delicious throughout the resort, especially at Cappella, which quickly became our favorite restaurant.
A very special thank you to Emmanuel, who was truly an angel during our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, we received thoughtful gifts every single day, which made our experience even more memorable.
Our son had the best vacation and enjoyed every minute of it. We also received special treatment because we booked through Expedia, which was a wonderful surprise.
I highly recommend this resort for families traveling with children. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful adults-only getaway, the resort also offers an exclusive adults-only section, making it a great option for every type of traveler.
