Good staff , poor cleaning and insects in the rooms.

Staff were fantastic and our room was clean and very comfortable. Would stay again

It is in good proximity to Ubud (10 mins by transport) but very noisy from traffic. 1st room, Superior Room, bed was very uncomfortable, coffee & tea but no kettle. 2nd room Bali wood style, very dark inside, not clean, shower leaking no water pressure, even more noisy as closer to road & front desk. Bed was more comfortable. Had a kettle but no coffe or tea. Fridge was extremely dirty. OK for 1 night. Breakfast very basic & not much choice. No fruit. Had an excellent massage outdoor on the premises. Staff very friendly as usual! Though, we would not come back.

Good alternative to central Ubud. A little way out of town but has a free shuttle service. Very quiet at night. Rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The bathroom was a bit outdated but again quite large. Bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast is limited. Staff were very friendly. The pool is small but clean. Overall, good value for money

I stayed at Villa Mandi for three nights, 1 night in a Suite and 2 nights in a superior room. I had an ok stay in both. The grounds are beautifully maintained so it’s a lovely setting and it’s great if you want to be in more of a rural setting surrounded by rice paddies. The things I thought could be improved were; providing soap in bathrooms, block out curtains as they let so much sunlight and night light in, the tv in the superior room was tiny and in a random position, breakfast was basic compared to other similar villas I’ve stayed in around Ubud. The staff were friendly and generally helpful.

Loved our couple of night here in a beautiful private villa with private pool. Free shuttle into & pick up from main area in Ubud great but possibly could offer a couple more services through the day. Short taxi ride out from town - about $5aud Beautiful grounds, & friendly staff.

Lovely villa. Out of busy central Ubud.about 30-45min walk to central Ubud. Free taxi 3 times a day.

It was a very pleasant stay. We consider ourselves lucky for finding such a nice and beautiful hotel in the event of promotion. One thing that can be taken for consideration is to provide a free flow water when guests are having breakfast at the restaurant. Just plain water would be enough or infused water if you want to be a bit classy.

It was a beautiful place to spend my holiday, close to shops and restaurants.
