Water leak in the main lobby. Also in the room the rug was wet in the second day of stay Coffee machine is not working In this price range there is better hotels

The gym was the worse I seen in a long time but the reason is that there doing re modeling

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I booked a room with a king-size bed, but the front desk receptionist confirmed my room and gave me a key without mentioning that the room had two full-size beds instead. After going upstairs and realizing it was not the room I booked, I returned to the front desk and asked for the correct room. She told me that there were no king rooms available. I politely asked her to cancel my reservation and refund my money because this was not what I had booked. After a few minutes of hesitation, she suddenly said that a king-size room was available. The entire situation made me feel like she was trying to get over on me by giving me a different room and hoping I would just accept it.

Hot tub out of use was a bummer. There were three family reunions so it was loud everywhere.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many time because it’s close to my work. This time however…awful experience. The AC was broken in my room and apparently on my floor or side of the building f or something. I set my AC to 68 the first night. The temp in the room never got below 75. The second night I got back to the room from work and it was 83 degrees in the room. I went to the desk and they said “well sent the engineer. There’s nothing we can do.” The engineer does indeed come about 10 minutes later and says it’s broken, they’re working on it. Etc. and that the front desk would follow up with me. It got to 76 in the room that night and I had it set to 62. And I think it only got to 76 because I had a mini fan with me. Otherwise unbearable but I had a super early work morning and had no choice but to stay. The next day I get back to my room and no surprise it’s now 84 in the room and no AC working. I checked out a day and a half early. There was no offer of making it right. No apologies. No willingness to make it work. Nothing. I didn’t need free nights or amenities or even a refund, or drink vouchers. I just wanted to be comfortable after an 14 hour day on my feet and it would have been fine. Renovated room was very nice. Sheets scratchy but to be expected of new sheets. Good pillows and blankets. Not that I used the blankets much. Super nice shower and bathroom. I’ll stay again. But travelers beware the front desk staff doesn’t or even seem to care at all.

Staff was awesome. They were very busy with three or four family reunions and continued to give great service.

Outstanding hotel was very impressed by the staff, the size of it, pool was ok, hot tub was out of use which was a shame We had top floor room with a good view, it was cleaned to a high standard, and well maintained We did not use any food there as we eat out as lots of places nearby Great location for travelling into Chicago Would have loved stop longer Parking was also very good It certainly well worth its rating

The customer services was amazing. Some customers were complaining about how hot the rooms were due to maintenance issues and there were not many other rooms available. My experience was great
