Nice sraff

1 star. Our stay at Hotel Firenze 2000 was extremely disappointing. We booked three nights, but the room assigned to us was directly next to a terrace where guests were drinking, talking loudly, and making noise for hours late into the night. The disturbance was so severe that we were unable to sleep at all. At approximately 4:00 a.m., I contacted Expedia while the noise was still ongoing because it was clear the room was no longer fit for its most basic purpose: allowing guests to rest. The hotel manager later apologized, confirming the issue was recognized, but no refund or meaningful remedy was offered. After losing an entire night of sleep and having no confidence that the problem would not continue, we left the hotel and paid for alternative accommodations for the rest of our stay. A hotel does not need to be perfect, but it should at minimum provide guests with a room where they can sleep and respond fairly when it fails to do so. Unfortunately, Hotel Firenze 2000 did neither.

Staff very good ! Good ! clean room

This was a quaint little hotel. It was has a really friendly vibe. It’s a bit dated, but it only adds to its charm. I would return to this hotel.

Really good, changed sheets every day, which was very fresh and clean

Gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious! Only thing I didn't like is the noise going around until like 12 am. Also in the morning there was doors slamming, people talking loud etc. other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful; 24 hr service ! The room was very clean and breakfast was plentiful. Great location if you don’t mind a short walk to the historic town center ; would definitely recommend.

This is definitely a budget hotel. For what we paid, we received excellent value and service. The rooms were clean (though minimal) - cleaned daily with fresh towels, the staff all very helpful, the breakfast more than adequate, and even though the walk to the downtown core a bit further, (25 min to ponte Vecchio) - it was certainly manageable. Easy to airport.by tram, and bus stops for other travel.

Overpriced for the condition of the hotel and room. One single extremely bright ceiling light and no bedside lamp made going to bed very difficult. Aircon functioned by was quite noisy. Bathroom condition however excellent following refurbishment. Convenient location for 20 min walk into the city. Overnight parking at the property expensive on top of the high room price and also limited. Breakfast (basic) was at least included in the price.
