First thing to know is that the staff are absolutely able to help you in English so if you're just getting off 15 hours+ of travel and 15 years+ of not speaking French, you should still try calling to get that airport pick up. It is super expensive to get there by taxi otherwise, so do it. You may be able to email them ahead of time, too.
The room was great, the neighbourhood was quiet (exactly what we needed), and the breakfast was very good, too. We also bought supper from the hotel, and the pizza was good and the microwaveable cassoulet was shockingly fantastic.
The staff was all very friendly and helpful (again, in my terrible French and their excellent English). There is also a wonderful cat available for pets and a peacock who is fun to watch.
