Our stay at the KAYON Resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel special throughout our entire stay.
The room was absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed with every detail carefully considered. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking jungle views felt like a dream. The scenery is truly spectacular and creates a sense of peace and tranquility that is hard to put into words.
The service was beyond exceptional. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made all the difference and created an experience that felt both luxurious and personal.
The food was outstanding, the grounds were immaculate, and every corner of the resort felt like a tropical paradise. Whether relaxing in our room, enjoying the incredible dining experiences, or simply taking in the views, every moment exceeded our expectations.
The KAYON Resort is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. If you are looking for a luxurious, romantic, and unforgettable experience in Bali, this resort is truly second to none. A really good stay! Room was delightful (i was in 301 - i think probably the best pool... truly fantastic!). Breakfast was good - for the price of the room, i think fresh juice should be included (as it is in other 5 star hotels). The range of options was good. Having to pay for water at breakfast also was not great. This should be included.
Turn down service was provided upon request.
I would come back, but given other 5 star stays I have had in Bali, i would choose those options first. Not having to ask/request services is top of that reasoning.

Отлично Nice room, staff looked after any concerns we had with room. It was great seeing monkeys on the balcony in the mornings. The staff were amazing, Fajar, Ari, Nani, Krishna, Nathan, Widnayana… just to name a few! We loved seeing them everyday. Bed was so comfy and loved the private pool and jacuzzi. Location was great! It was nice and quiet and peaceful, but still not too far to go into town.

After weeks of research, my husband and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon. The reviews gave us a glimpse of what to expect, but none of them truly captured the experience.
The Kayon is a blend of breathtaking scenery, serenity, warm energy, and genuinely attentive staff. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a refreshing drink and a thoughtful overview of the amenities—shuttles to Ubud Center and their sister property, Kayon Jungle; daily walks; yoga classes; guided tours; nightly performances; an incredible breakfast; and so much more.
When we reached our room, we were greeted with a beautifully decorated bed and a small honeymoon cake. The room itself was perfect for two, with a spacious bathroom and a bathtub overlooking our private infinity pool, also decorated for the occasion. The outdoor area became our favorite place to unwind, nap, or simply take in the view. Although our room was located at the bottom of a small hill, we could request a golf cart at any time to take us anywhere on the property.
We enjoyed breakfast, poolside lunches, dinners, spa treatments, and a hotel-organized tour—each experience felt unique and memorable. The property is stunning, but what truly elevates this hotel is its people. The staff made us feel welcomed, celebrated, and cared for during every moment of our stay.
Beautiful country, beautiful people, unforgettable memories. If you’re searching for the perfect place, look no further—this is it.

The stay was a perfect blend of luxury in true Ubud form. Picturesque at every turn, amazing food and the best staff. Will definitely be coming back!

Todo fue excelente y bello, desde que llegamos hasta la despedida nos trataron como reyes, me sentí como en casa y me enamoré de sus bellas instalaciones. Regresó sin duda alguna!
