Nothing unique . When you enter from the car park there is a hole in the roof ( drywall ) bad first impression . Ice maker didn’t work on our floor and there was only one elevator working for the whole place . Made wait times ridiculous to get an elevator . Stopped at every floor . We were on the ninth floor . We just took the stairs way faster . Also for the issues at hand hey babe, they should have offered a discount . Price point was out of line for that place . Never again .

Very disappointing experience from check-in. I requested early check-in but received no clear response. When I was finally checked in, I was given the wrong room type—I had booked two rooms with two queen beds, but was assigned two king rooms. The staff simply said they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate my reservation. I'm surprised this is a Marriott-managed hotel, as the service fell well below the standards I expected. I'm also still seeing two $100 authorization holds on top of the approximately $900 I already paid, which has made the experience even more frustrating

Tous les gens qui y travaillent sont tous très serviables et gentils. Le service de navette est également facile et rapide. Les chambres sont très confortables, propres et les lits sont confortables. Excellent déjeuner. Bref : très bel hôtel, j’y retournerais sans hésiter la prochaine fois que je visite Calgary.

Overall the rooms was good. Clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchenettes were great. The bathroom shower itself was not ventilated well so there was mold in the edges. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast was okay but you have to ask for the protein of the day its not out with everything else and the breakfast staff seem irriatable when asked any questions.

The hotel is not so clean, carpets need some shampoo and there are some fixtures that need to be replaced and clean

Our room was somewhat dated. The blinds did not fully close, and only the privacy shade provided adequate coverage, which was insufficient to block streetlights at night. The pull-out couch also appeared to be well used and dated. The staff was courteous and helpful. The on-site EV chargers were a welcome addition. However, I do not believe I would consider staying here again.

Rooms were very basic and tired. Need a freshening up. Like touch up the baseboards in the bathroom. TV way too small for the room. A rug on the floor or right-sized pictures on the wall would help warm it up.
