Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the room itself was nice. I especially appreciated that the second bed had its own separate room, which worked great for our family.
Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our stay. When we arrived, there was a pool of water leaking from the refrigerator. We reported it the first night, again the following morning, and a third time that afternoon after returning to find it still unresolved. We stayed two nights total, and the refrigerator was never repaired or replaced.
The bathroom window also would not stay open on its own, requiring us to prop it open when we wanted fresh air.
The biggest issue was that housekeeping threw away our paper grocery bag containing snacks, souvenirs, and saved plastic bags, totaling about $50-$60 in personal items. We reported it immediately and followed up multiple times. We were repeatedly told housekeeping or management would look into it and contact us. No one ever did.
On checkout morning, housekeeping stated they only removed trash. When I asked how our grocery bag disappeared, the conversation shifted to questioning why we had left the window open, despite there being no signs or instructions stating we could not.
While the room layout and check-in experience were positives, the lack of accountability, communication, integrity, and customer resolution overshadowed our stay. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel.
