This property is listed as a four-star hotel but it only deserves two stars. The hallway carpet is dirty, the walls need painting, the shower floor is slippery, very little amenities, no hand towels, only bath towels. No hooks to hang the towels, no minibar in our room (311), no list for telephone number for front desk, housekeeping, etc.. The hotel doesn’t have a room service department. The chair for the little desk in the room was wobbly, most of the tv channels did not work. There was a smell in the room. The breakfast buffet was mediocre.
The hotel had some problem with water and for hours we didn’t have water and couldn’t flush the toilet.
I had three transactions involving cash ( I was told cash only) and I didn’t get a bill or a receipt.
