Fun activities for family in the lobby and huge patio. Lively and relaxing place to spend time in.

Overall, Hard Rock Los Cabos is a nice resort with many activities and good food. However, the biggest drawback for us was the weather and location. This side of Cabo was very cold and windy during our stay, and because of that I would likely choose a different area of Cabo for my next visit. The food was generally good, and there were plenty of activities throughout the resort. However, the room was very basic, small, and average for a resort of this category. As an Expedia Platinum member with VIP Access benefits, I was disappointed that no meaningful upgrade was offered. Instead, I was offered a room upgrade at check in for approximately $1,000 per night, which did not feel like much of a benefit. I would also like to provide feedback regarding the pool service. Most of the pool staff were friendly and attentive. Carlos did an excellent job taking care of us and was professional and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, one of the other pool waiters was not very attentive and did not take our order even after we had been waiting for about an hour. Thankfully, Carlos stepped in and provided excellent service. Overall, we had a good stay, but due to the windy and cold conditions, the average room accommodations, and some service inconsistencies, I would probably choose a different resort for my next trip to Cabo.

Todo me parecio muy bien con excepcion de que cuando llegamos al hotel hicimos check-in y nos asignaron nuestra habitacion y nos abordo una persona a querernos vender los tiempos compartidos y pues fue todo un tema muy insistente en que tomaramos la platica a lo que le dije que queriamos descansar y que no estabamos interesados y pues se puso en un muy mal plan, muy necia de que nos iba a regalar no se que tantas cosas y mi respuesta seguia siendo que solo queriamos relajarnos y pues se puso muy tensa la situacion, de verdad me amargo mucho el dia esa situacion, entiendo que es su trabajo intentar vender pero nos abordo con engaños a lo que despues de unas preguntas supe de que se trataba y lo otro fue que al dia siguiente a las 8:30 am nos marcaron al cuarto y pues no contestamos ya que aun estabamos dormidos y a los 15 minutos volvieron a marcar y resulto que eran de vacation planner para ver si queriamos tomar un tour o algo por estilo a lo que de verdad fue algo que no me parecio para nada correcto, no se si asi es en todas partes pero me e quedado en varios hoteles y nunca habia tenido una experiencia asi, se supone que va uno a descansar, me imagino que si mi plan fuera ir a pasear yo personalmente iria a preguntar por paquetes de tours pero bueno. En general todo los demas excelente, comidas, bebidas, personal, albercas excelentes! Saludos para Alondra terapeuta del Rock Spa muy profesional.

Hotel was nice. Totally annoying the staff that follow you around to try to sell you the timeshare after consistently saying no. They are not flexible and rude staff.

The property is excellent for the right people. Unfortunately I had activities planned away from the resort. The taxi took about 10 minutes just to get to the resort, and to get to any destination was time consuming, costly, and dusty between the resort and main highway. Also the Pacific side of the peninsula is usually windier and always cooler than the Sea of Cortez side. On our last day there, my 10 year old granddaughter would not use the pool facilities because it was too cold for her.

Hard Rock Los Cabos treated us like family. I wish i could have bring to Houston the kids club girls and the coffee shop guy. People here go above and beyond to make you feel like you are having a vacation at your own house! The food is pretty good! A boomer we couldn’t try the steak restaurant but the breakfast at the Market and Ciao were amazing! For dinner you have Umo, which food is incredibly good! Ciao, their italian food also really good and Zen (tepanyaki) was pretty good! The shows were good we just couldn’t go to all because we have a toddler! The activities and music by the pool keeps you pretty entertained! We personally thought that the weather was super chilly for our taste when we vacation by the beach! But this doesn’t have anything to do with the Hotel! David, from the coffee shop was incredible nice, talkative! I just wanted to bring him home with me! He was like a little friend to us for the whole week! :) And last but not least the girls at the Kids Club, Zaida, Jacky, Sonia, Ashley, Paola and Fabiola were beyond amazing! These girls give everything to make feel my little girl so loved! Their activities keep them super entertaining and engaged! When we were leaving it felt just like a breakup! They love what they do and you can tell! We go on vacation to all inclusive resorts all over the world and Hard Rock los cabos was just amazing!

Food could have been better, but overall it was great

Awesome service staff is on point

The room was great, with amazing views. Room service was also great, and there were no complaints about how clean and useful the room was. The only minor thing is that it would be nice to have a humidity extractor in the bathroom. The facilities are great. The property is fairly large for walks and is stroller-accessible to all the sites. The pool temperature was great, and the staff was super nice, helpful, and friendly. They did their best to take care of our needs. One minor point is that the water was not super clean on the last day of our visit. There was some green color in the corners where the kids enter the pool, and in general, maintenance should be improved. We never saw anyone cleaning the pool after hours, which became noticeable after the 4th day. One thing I did not like was the pressure to give a sales pitch when you arrive and when you leave. From my point of view, no is no, and you should not be that pushy with customers when we already pay for our stay. That was annoying and uncomfortable, and people get mad when you say no. Please don't be that pushy. I understand it is your job, but it is ultimately a customer decision. I will for sure stay again here, the pool staff made a big difference for us as we had kids and they really were outstanding.
