This was our third time staying at this resort and each time it has gotten worse. Most recently, two of the three main restaurants were closed. Service in the one restaurant that was open was incredibly slow. Wait time for a table was long (we arrived at 8:00 and got seated at 9:30) and some were turned away. I noticed empty tables and was told there was no staff for those tables. One night because we were seated so late, they had run out of salmon. The pool was recently renovated and is nice but all the grass and lots of palm trees were removed. This left the resort feeling less tropical. On the positive, the grounds are nice and the room we had (ocean view junior suite) was spacious and had a fabulous view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nasty place . NO AC !!! Staff is RUDE! Place is just a bad experience if you're coming to Cabo. Don't Stay here! Cockroaches in rooms! Kids will get sick here! Stay away!!!!

● Cockroaches in the rooms ● A child in our group becoming ill with suspected food poisoning after dining at the resort ● Air conditioning failures ● Multiple concerns that were reported but not adequately addressed ● Lack of response and follow-up from resort management despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues during our stay

staff around the pool and staff in front desk need a lot of training in front desk no info was Gavin about the property a/c in property so poor in room and front desk the check in was so painful the front guy desk not welcoming at all

Hospitality was great. We had all-inclusive, and the food at this facility was top-notch. They had several restaurants that offered great dining options and beverages as well. The swimming pool as a delight. Will I visit this facility again? Definitely a YES. Only drawback is the manner they try to sell you hotel packages without coming out straightforward. I feel like the proposition is good, but the marketing approach isn’t great. My advice to travelers is, be assertive from the beginning of the conversation and let them know if you’re interested or not. Asides from this, we had so much fun. Our room had great views of the pool and the ocean. Great value for money.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The problem I encountered was with the check-in process. It is very lengthy, and they seem to not have enough staff available to expedite the process. Another problem is that every time you order anything, including a bottle of water, you have to wait to sign a voucher. Everyone has wrist bands, so I don't see the need to sign every time. I also wish there were more food options available.
