Our room was right across from a room used for housekeeping items. It is often very loud in the morning and at night time. The last night we were there, not sure if it was guests or employees but people were talking very loud in the hallway and in the rooms. Lasted until almost 11:30pm and again in the morning.
Second day, we did not get housekeeping service until late afternoon. By that time, the housekeeper gave us new towels in exchange for the used ones.
Fitness center had clean towels for one day. The rest of the days we were there, towels were not replenished.
Last day, we checked out and had our luggage stored at the hotel. We went to go have lunch and when we came back we got caught in a heavy rainstorm. We went back to the hotel to try to get dried off, grab our luggage and get to the airport. Asked the front desk for towels to dry off and they were not helpful and did not want to provide any towels. My husband asked if we can use the towels in the fitness center and was told that was fine but there weren't any towels available. Finally, a bell hop who helped with our luggage prior went to the pool area to get us some towels. He was the only helpful person at the front desk and there were 2 front desk employees working there at that time.
