The hotel staff working the front desk was kind, funny, informative and pleasant. Those ladies deserve a raise. The young man working the desk late night and early morning was polite and kind but nervous and needed some confidence. . The breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool was clean and refreshing

Room was very clean when we checked in. Only complaint was there was a little stain on one of the beds. But we only had to use one bed so it wasn't too big of a deal. Staff did their jobs. We had the DND sign on the whole time so there wasn't much to do. But we know they tried twice to do room service. Breakfast was good. Parking was good.

Se escuchaba todo ruido de las habitaciones por todos lados. Arriba o abajo o al lado a pesar de estar en una esquina. El desayuno terrible. La ducha cuando se prendia hacia ruido que parecia iba a explotar. No rellenan los shampoo ni body wash si no lo pides.

The pool was supposed to be heated and it was not.the door to our balcony was covered in mold.

Nice room and great breakfast

There were a lot of people checking in when I checked in but the transaction was still smooth and pretty quick. The staff was very courteous and friendly. My room was very clean and comfortable with sliding door access to the balcony . Great breakfast choices and plenty of parking space. Indoors pool and jacuzzi area was amazing

Everything is good. Room is very clean.

Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub area were nice. There were a table and two chairs on each balcony. Painters were actively working on projects. It was a good place to stay.

I have to say this was one of the most terrible experiences I had at any hotel. They tried to charge us an extra 250 for something we did not do. Also allowed maintenance and housekeeping into our room for scheduled maintenance repairs and furniture updates WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR CALL to my cell when we were out of the building. And the GM Roxie was absolutely unhelpful and didn't fix any of their mistakes besides APOLOGIZING. no. I had three kids in that room and my registered gun and money and jewelry. NOONE should've done repairs while we were staying there to the one room we booked UNTIL WE CHECKED OUT OR AT LEAST LET US KNOW WHAT DAY AND TIME THEY WOULD BE DONE. SO WE WERE AWARE. BUT I HAVE TO SAY THE ONE ENOLOYEE AT THE FRONT DESK TIFFANY WAS REMARKABLE AND TRULY TRIED TO HELP EACH CUSTOMER OUT AND DO WHATS RIGHT FOR THEM. I HOPE SHE FINDS A BETTER BUSINESS TO WORK FOR THAN THIS ONE. IF YOU DONT MIND INVASION OF PRIVACY DURING YOUR HOTEL STAY THEN THIS IS THE HOTEL FOR YOU.... BUT NOT FOR US EVER AGAIN. We shouldve been refunded something for our stress and headache we had in the only four days we were there. Do not recommend.
