This B&B is very centrally located right by the main train station in Naples, which means you are close to everything. As everywhere in Naples, the traffic was very dense, you just have to get used to it. But the room was soundproof so we were not bothered by traffic noise. Lots of police in the area around the central station so we felt very safe here. The room was clean and nice, and there was everything we could wish for. The breakfast is Italian. this means a Croissant with a cup of coffee. You eat at a small cafe next door. It wasn't until day 2 that we found out, (and only because I happened to meet one of the ladies.) All communication otherwise took place via WhatsApp) A little more information would be nice. We were charged €100 as a deposit before arrival. Fair enough, but it is not particularly clear at Hotel.com that a set is a requirement. The amount was refunded immediately upon departure. We experienced only one small problem. We had a room on the 3rd floor. and it cost 20 cents to use the elevator per time for max 2 people, here it's not the price but the problem of getting the change to 20 cents We don't use € in Denmark. There should be a solution to that, either raise the price of the room and make it free, or install a currency exchange machine. We saw a family who, on the belief of a maximum of 2 people, entered 5 ideas + suitcases, then they were stuck. Of course we could have just used the stairs, but for my wife who has a bad knee,

Excellent location. Close to the Central Train station and Metro. Was surprised that the room was cleaned and sheets and towels were changed daily! Was quite except when the local foot ball team wan a game, then there were fireworks! Usually not too late. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Recommend.

Todo excelente, el cuarto muy bonito, comodo y de facil acceso, cerca de atracciones principales en napoles. Enfrente de la terminal de trenes. Excelentes anfitrionas.

The roon was clean when I got there, and it get cleaned up everyday around 10:00 when you're out exploring the city. The staff (I don't know if I was talking with Annalisa or Barbara the two owners) were super kind and helpful, they checked on me everyday to make sure everything was okay. You can walk mostly everywhere to visit the city, or jump on a subway a couple of minutes away. It is a Domotic condo, mostly every lights are on a timer, they probably save a lot on the electric bill that way, because lot's of guest probably left everything turned on during the day when they were gone. You have to keep moving like every 15-20 minutes. The first time when you're reading or doing some work on your laptop you might get surprised. When you're used to it, you just move a little, raise an arm or something and you're fine.There are worst thing to be annoyed by, but not there. It can be a little noisy outside, but thats the cost of being downtown next to the train station, with a lot of traffic.

Absolute gem of a place for a great price. Barbara was so attentive, patient and helpful. Super convenient next to Centrale, but so quiet and peaceful. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable; it’ll be top of my list next time I’m in Naples. Currently there’s an issue with the lift direct to the apartment but that can’t be helped and didn’t affect the overall 5 🌟from me. ❤️ 🇮🇹 🌈 ☕️ 🍕 🍷 ☀️

We loved the B & B! The owners were so quick to respond and so nice to work with. Their bldg. had both stairs & elevator. A true pleasure to work with.

It was extremely modern and gorgeous! Check in is very easy and the host made it memorable and easily available for any concern you may have! I strongly recommend it

Very convenient! Two minutes’ walk to Napoli Centrale transit station and close to restaurants and shops. Good amenities - kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, espresso maker, dish ware, utensils, water, coffee, tea, nice bathroom, well functioning air conditioning. Check in was very easy and communication and service were great!
