Excellent location of this beautiful property. Clean and host very responsive. Definitely will save this location for future stays

What a beautiful place! Loved everything about the place, location, checking in, the atmosphere, cleanliness an amazing experience overall. I aim to comeback next year and I will definitely book this place again

Me encantó ,fui con mis niños y mi esposo y lo amamos muy limpio y amplio perfecto para una familia

Stayed here for 2 nights and honestly if I come back to Madrid, I'd stay here again without even looking anywhere else. The location is probably the best part. You're literally close to everything. We walked almost everywhere and never felt like we were far from anything we wanted to see or do. When we arrived, they had told us the apartment was ready, but the cleaning lady was still finishing up and mopping. Not a huge deal though because the apartment was very clean once she was done. Customer service was great. They were super responsive on WhatsApp and helped us with every little thing we needed. The safe wasn't working when we got there, and they came and replaced it right away. The area felt very safe, and overall we had a really comfortable stay. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location but can be very noisy especially at the weekend. Clean and spacious room, lovely place.

Excelente ubicación servicio apto espacioso tal cual como se anuncia my bien Seguro volveré con la familia

Very clean and spacious. Close to many restaurants and landmarks.

Convenient location, easy access, spacious appartment with cooking facilites etc.

Located in nice area, however is noisy at night

The property is a good space and the décor is modern. It is very central and mins from metro and shops. However, it has not been maintained very well. The bed needs to be changed; it has been used too often. The towels are ripped, so is the bed sheet. Shower faucets don’t have a cover and one is missing a bolt. The lights by the bed missing glass covers. Most importantly the refrigerator doesn’t work. The property manager said no one complained before! Basically, you can’t keep any food in the house. In addition, the information folder for the apartment is empty! I had to call the property manager to figure out what the check out process is. The description on Expedia is not accurate. There is no daily house keeping, which is kind of understandable for an apartment building; but there are no vacuum or a good broom to clean the floor. The owner either started to use a new property manger (which doesn’t know how to communicate effectively with tourists), or decided to only provide the minimum amenities possible. This was the worse experience we had in an apartment and we do travel multiple times each year. Do not recommend the place in the current shape.
