Great hotel!

Excellent hotel , the first day no water in the hotel from 4:00am till 8:00am , water on any room.

The staff was excellent would definitely stay again. Everything was clean

Una estancia muy tranquila y personal muy atento, me encantó el hotel

El servicio es increíble, el personal es muy atento. El hotel se encuentra justo en el centro de Mérida lo cual lo hace muy accesible a puntos de interés. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. La comida y bebida también están muy bien. Sin duda regresaré!

Vale la pena mejorar el restaurante , muy lento , si amables pero falta recursos

Hotel Sevilla is a gorgeous property with an unbeatable location right in downtown Mérida. The service was excellent, and the food was exquisite. Everything, from the bar and breakfast to the pool area and spa, was impeccable. The décor is Tulum-like and minimalistic, which I loved. The pink towels in the room were a lovely touch. I also appreciated the mini-split A/C, which worked perfectly, as well as the beautiful light fixtures and thoughtful light switch design. The reason I’m giving it four stars is that some basic room amenities were missing. There was no coffee in the room, no shower cap, no hair drier (although once I asked for one, it was provided) and no safe. What had the biggest impact for us, though, was the bed—it was extremely firm. I don’t even use a soft mattress at home, and this one was still too hard for comfort. I asked for a mattress pad, but unfortunately they don’t offer them. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with excellent service, but a few added amenities and a more comfortable bed would make it a five-star stay.

El hotel es aún más bonito en persona, el personal fue muy atento, la comida lunch su menú es delicioso, no confundir que sólo incluye el desayuno tipo continental y tener cuidado en la habitación que todo tiene un costo.

Unclear what was included in the continental breakfast. Concerning that there were no in room safes.
