Positivos: La mayoría del personal siempre muy amables y atentos para realizar su trabajo. Alberca: techada con calefacción. Isnstalciones: muy bonitas, amplias, jardines. Naturalmente con años de antigüedad pero justo ese es su toque o estilo. Detalles: Sobre el Personal: El día de salida y antes del horario establecido, entraron dos veces a la habitación sin tocar la puerta para ver si ya nos habíamos ido, se sintió invasivo, interrumpieron descanso. Sobre alimentos: al realizar la reservación tiene opción de incluir el desayuno, al llegar al restaurante, lo que ofrecen es diferente y debes pagar adicional, o conformarte con algo de menor variedad. Deberían incluir el precio real del desayuno que ofrecen en el restaurante, es incomodo para el personal explicarte esa diferencia. Finalmente nos ajustamos a lo que ofrece el restaurante. Deberían homologar, es decir incluir el costo total desde el inicio.

Very beautiful hotel, staff super friendly and helpful. Location is great, food is delicious. The very best of this hotel is the experience, you can have tours that explain the place and the history, but in a funny way. it's a place you can definitely enjoy with the family. We loved it and we will be back soon.

Visite este hotel hace 25 años y, al igual que en ese entonces, el servicio y en general mi estancia fueron muy agradables

Fue un día increíble fuimos a pasar el cumpleaños de mi sobrino y la alberca estuvo padrísima climatizada, desde que llegas te atiende excelente con un cafecito de olla , y en la noche hubo un espectáculo de leyendas que nos mantuvo riendo y disfrutando más de 1 hr. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en la hacienda, el desayuno estuvo muy rico .

Todo muy bien solo la red de internet es mala.

Beautiful vintage property based on the revolutionary times. The rooms are outdated however it still is a beautiful place to stay. The food was a little overpriced but you can also pay directly with the property to include the food.

The break feast it’s delicious, you can taste the flavors from the small town. The entertainment guys are amazing, my kids love them. The pool has the perfect temperature. Only hope the kids area had more things to do. But definitely coming back.

The public bathroom smelled like sewage, our room didn’t have Wi-Fi (and there’s barely any phone signal there), and we didn’t like the food either.
