The tv remote didnt work, but we didnt realised it until it was too late to fix. Other than that 100%! Good beds, good WiFi and a fresh apartment.

The only good things about this room are the location and the elevator. Everything else was highly disappointing. For example, there were glass shards on the carpeted floor, which was the most infuriating part. It even cut my daughter's foot! I sent messages to the hotel staff about this, but received absolutely no response. Even before our arrival, their response time to my messages was extremely slow. I also reported that the bathroom smelled like a dog, but again, they completely ignored it. Furthermore, the floor was still a bit wet when we first checked in. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to stay here.

The location was fabulous - right at the old town square. You can’t beat it so overlooked some of the other issues. The apartment was fine, but had a bit more wear than in the photos. The internet and TV didn’t work the entire stay, which was inconvenient as I had to go to a nearby restaurant to access internet. Communication with host was poor - no response to email, disconnected a couple times by phone, someone finally came up the last day regarding the internet who spoke no English and limited polish who insisted the internet worked, upon realizing it didn’t, said they would get tech support, which never showed up.

Checking in, finding the property, getting the parking pass, and then room key were like an Advanced Level escape room. Once we were in, there was no electricity or air. No staff on site, but the woman answering the phone was very good and responsive. Apparently there is a card you need to put in a thing in the wall to connect the electricity. I said there was no instruction or notice that we had to do that, and she replied this is common knowledge. ??? The room wasn’t too bad, but it wasn’t worth all the hassle. Plus no lights in the elevator, so you ride in pitch dark.

It’s a great apartment with essential cooking utensils in the kitchen. The apartment is spacious and clean. It’s located in a convenient location.
