Great location, large clean room

Great base for our stay in York. The room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities. It was useful having a fridge & dishwasher in the room. Also appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee & hot chocolate & breakfast croissant. Friendly staff on reception desk. We did find cheaper parking elsewhere. It was a bit annoying being unable to access Netflix on the in room tv as the only option for apps seemed to be to stream.

Great riverside accommodation with a steady 15 mins walk into the town centre Parking onsite £15 for 24 hours Free hot drinks and breakfast croissants in the morning included Very relaxed pet friendly accommodation

Muy buen hotel servicio gratuity de cafe en marina y croissants pars el desayuno

Property was clean enough. No room cleaning at all the 3 nights we stayed not even towel change. The rooms could do with a bit of dressing up with paint and filler but apart from that it was good location and really quiet which is always good after a loud day in town. Parking is good and cheap for York especially Ev charging. Overall good and quite

Lovely clean modern hotel, staff very pleasant and helpful. Great location

This is a hidden gem. Accommodation is perfect, staff delightful making it a perfect stay.

Very clean and staff very helpful. Feel as though price of parking should have been included in price. Very convenient for visiting centre of York.

One of the best hotels (maybe the actual best?) I’ve stayed in in the UK. It’s not fancy, but the room was large, new, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were just lovely and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The croissants and coffee were a nice touch.

What a lovely location by the river! Having York previously and noticed the Roomzz we thought we would give it a try. We were not disappointed- checking in was easy and friendly, and on site parking easily arranged with the reception staff on arrival- great to be close to the city but still have parking space available. We had booked for a room with a river view and it was really lovely! Our room was clean, bright and well equipped. The croissants and drinks for breakfast time were a lgreat added touch, although we did think a little butter or jam for them would have been nice. We were there for a 4 day stay however so could have provided our own condiments with the fridge available in the room- but for an overnight or shorter stay we thought this would have added a finishing touch. The foyer area was bright, pleasant and friendly and nice to sit for breakfast or evening if you wanted time out of your room, also a lovely outside area. There were plenty of added extras available to buy for snacks, meals or breakfasts in your room too. The staff were friendly and there was someone available 24hours if needed. The location is perfect for being near to the city- it was easy to walk in to the city and explore the shops, sights and history, but also a lovely location to wander away from the hustle and bustle for a quiet and scenic river walk, with lots of signposted cafe stops along the way if you wanted them. We has a fantastic stay and would hands down use roomzz again!
