Amazing rooms with friendly and helpful staff

Lo único que no nos gustó fue que solo ponen dos clases de fruta a la vez y solo la cambian cuando se termina, no hay variedad, todo lo demás, excelente

Beautiful hotel and really lovely and helpful staff. It’s a bit far from everything but the staff and hotel make it worth it.

I just recently stayed at the hotel it was a great experience the front desk was amazing staff and when I say amazing they were great they were great with everything anything you want to know you need a massage a good place to have dinner some malls to go visit you looking for something to do they will help you find something to do I loved it I can't wait to come back and stay in 2 years the location was amazing quiet safe breakfast was excellent in the room and balcony space was excellent.

One of the most comfortable rooms I’ve ever been in and the staff was INCREDIBLE. Hands down the best in Thailand.

Lovely room, staff were fabulous and the location was perfect. The hotel offers a really good breakfast with plenty of choice. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great place to stay. Hotel staff is amazing and so kind. Room was exceptional.

Had an amazing stay and was treated with respect and care every day the breakfast was top notch and rooms were cleaned perfectly

My room was great. Staff was super helpful and welcoming. Comfy bed. Great for short stopovers in Bangkok.

I stayed at this hotel -the moment hotel bangkok- for five days and was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my stay. The level of cleanliness was absolutely outstanding — truly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever experienced. Both the rooms and the common areas were maintained to an exceptionally high standard, which made a huge difference to my overall experience. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The front desk service was fast, pleasant, and efficient. Every question I had was answered, and I received help with every small request or issue, always with a smile and a positive attitude. The breakfast was excellent — very tasty, with a wide variety of options, including great choices for vegetarians, which I truly appreciated. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, making it very comfortable and relaxing to sleep throughout my stay. I would also like to especially mention the doorman, who was absolutely lovely. It was always a pleasure to see him whenever I returned to the hotel — he was welcoming, warm, and friendly at all hours of the day and night. This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future and will gladly recommend it to everyone whenever I get the chance.
