Would not recommend. My shoes were literally sticking to the lobby floor when we walked in. The rooms were clean enough. There were NO phones in the room so if you needed to call for anything you had to walk down to the lobby.

Comfortable and great location!

The hotel location and in-room amenities were excellent. They thought of so many things when designing the room product such as fogless mirrors, ambient lighting, great dark-out shades and numerous other items. I would have rated the hotel much higher, except for the cleanliness and maintenance of the room product. I am assuming some additional staff or training would help in this area as vents were extremely dirty, showers had some mold in areas and overall the room was very dusty. I knew there could be some concerns when we approached the hotel and saw the one main black beam across the main entrance was in need of repainting. Other than the actual room amenities, what made our stay enjoyable was the amazing staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure we had a good experience.

The perfect stop for a quick stay. We had 3 short nights but we were so close to everything we wanted to do! Staff was amazingly sweet and helpful and were quick to help us with anything we needed! Would stay again!

This hotel is like a Super 8 in USA. Cheap furniture etc. Receptionist was missing when we showed up. There was a machine that claimed to check people in so we started putting in our information etc and it just won’t do anything. Finally, the receptionist showed up and claimed that machine didn’t work. He checked us in. We paid almost $350 a night for the room, and felt it was too expensive for what we got.

Staff was great! Very helpful with parking and our room

Hotel indicates they have parking, but it’s very limited for the amount of rooms and we were never able to get a spot. There’s a lot of trash outside the hotel as well as old dog poop just sitting outside. The front door was never cleaned up. Inside walls needed to be repainted. There were things splashed and dripped down the walls. The worst was our bathroom there was mold growing on the walls (near the floor) and when we took a shower, the whole bathroom flooded. When we advise the staff, were instructed to fold up towels and create a water dam. Apparently this is unknown problem and they were “working on” a new bathroom design. Finally, the air air-conditioning never worked the entire time we were there

A standard chain hotel minimally staffed by well-meaning but clearly overworked young people. There are certainly worse / far more expensive places you could stay. At least it's close to the river and the inner city.

Very convenient location, good breakfast and helpful staff.

The location was great, but the room was very run down and dirty. Big cobwebs in the room and the bathroom was dirty.
